BASIC BUSINESS ASSESSMENTThe purpose of the Free Business Assessment is to provide us with a basic analysis of your business condition, as you see it. Your honest, sincere answers will enable us to evaluate your need and direct you to the proper professional on our staff. It is critical for us all to have you answer these questions objectively and honestly. Make copies of this form. We recommended that you do all three steps.
