The man who doesn't need a boss often becomes one... This quote directs our thinking to the reality that a person who manages himself will likely mange others. The boss is aware of the importance of time. Golda Meir, a school teacher who became the Prime Minister of Israel understood the importance of time when she said "we must govern the clock, not be governed by it."
