The Economic Roller Coaster--Enjoy the Ride!

Recession, financial crunch, cutbacks, layoffs, economic decline, these are the buzz words for the hard times into which we're heading. As a business man or woman in the Kingdom, what does this mean for you? Are you any different now than you were when we were in the midst of economic boom? Did your dreams and goals change simply because you've been told we're headed for tougher times economically? Christ encouraged his followers to rise to the top. He didn't specify an area of our life where this applies -- no segmenting business from person and spiritual. As Christians, we're held to a higher standard - more is expected of us than the non-believer. This means that when life gets tough, we hold on and enjoy the ride as though we're rocketing forty-five stories into the sky on the world's fastest roller coaster.
