What makes our lives different from the ancient Biblical times of the Israelites, of Elijah, of the judges, or of King David? Surprisingly, not much at all! They were just as human as we are today. They went through emotions, feelings, joy, and pain just as we do. They experienced it all: prosperous times and times of collapse, security and threat, growth and margins. They traversed the same journey we find ourselves trekking now. Hhhhmmmmmm, I wonder if, perhaps, there is something to learn from them that would be beneficial to our journey? . . .
